Briely describe the steps and precautions for installing the LINUX operating system on the virtual machine

1. On the created Linux virtual machine, click Edit Virtual Machine Settings. In the virtual machine settings, click CD/DVD, load the system CD image of CentOS4 on the right, check connect at startup, and finally click OK.

2. First, select the red part 1 of the left-click chart with the mouse, and then click the VM at the red part 2 of the figure, and select the pop-up settings... Then select the green box in the pop-up blue box, select the mirror file as the downloaded shrike_i386-disciso, and you can start installing the Linux system.

3. Open the VMware software, create a new virtual machine on the homepage, then select the typical installation, and then select the installation system later. Note: Do not select the second installer CD image file. This operation is for automated minimization installation. The installation process cannot be interrupted and cannot be customized, so it is not selected.

4. Click the virtual machine interface of VMware, select the virtual machine CentOS6 we created, and then double-click the simulated optical drive device in the virtual machine. How does the host connect to the virtualLinux system

First of all, please open the virtual machine software on your computer, and then turn on the linux system. In the second step, we come to the new interface as shown in the figure. Please check the network card information of the linux system in it. Please use the command cat /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0.

Open the virtual machine software in the computer, and then open the Linux system. To check the nic information of the nic system, please use the command cat/etc/sysconfig/network scripts/ifcfg-eth0. Select the cmd command to open the host terminal in the new interface, and then use ipconfig to check the IP address of the host.

Windos connects to the Linux virtual machine. You need to set the virtual machine network mode to bridge mode, and make sure that Windows can ping the IP of the Linux system. In terms of remote access, Linux provides remote connection services, such as ssh, VNC, etc.

How to install Linux on VMware Virtualizer?

Centos is a server linux, and it is generally recommended to set larger memory settings. The hard disk should be dynamically allocated, with a maximum of more than 20G (if centos 20G virtual hard disk space is fully installed, it is not enough).

How to create a Deepin virtual machine and install the system in VMware

First of all, click the [Open this virtual machine] option according to the arrow indicated by the arrow in the figure below. The second step is to select [Install Deepin] and press the [Enter] key according to the arrow in the figure below.

Open VMware Workstation virtual machine software. Select File-New Virtual Machine, select Typical Recommendation, and click Next.
